Wedding Photography (Location Fee At Colmar Tropicale, Berjaya Hills)
Berjaya Hills adhere to a standard policy on location fee for wedding photography and videography shoot. The following location fees apply only for the wedding shoot/photography. . Requests on all wedding photography and filming or videotaping at the resort can be made through the PR & Communications Department at 09 – 221 3667. All requests on the shooting at Colmar Tropicale, Berjaya Hills are subject to approval by the Management. The impositions on location fee are as per details below: -

Wedding Photography
1. Location : Colmar Square only
Duration : Maximum 4 hours only
Fee : RM 400.00 nett
2. Location : Colmar Square, Japanese Village
Duration : Maximum 8 hours only
Fee : RM 600.00 nett

Note:
Only a maximum of 5 persons are allowed. Additional person is required to pay the entrance fee at RM 12.00 nett per person accordingly. Should the shooting continue beyond the specified time, extra charges based on an hourly basis at RM 75.00 for package '1' and RM40.00 for package '2'. For day use room will be RM 150 surcharge
Wedding Filming / Videotaping
1. Location : Colmar Square, Rooms, Rabbit Park & Japanese Village
Duration : Maximum 10 hours only
Fee : RM1000.00 nett
Note:
Only a maximum of 6 persons are allowed. Additional person is required to pay the entrance fee at RM 12.00 nett per person accordingly. Should the shooting continue beyond the specified time, extra charges based on an hourly basis at RM 100.00 for filming & videography session For day use room will be RM 150 surcharge.

Remarks
No shootings allowed on Saturday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The Photography / Videography can only commence upon the submission of the application form and payment of the fee at the front office
- Submission of Proposed Photography/Videography shooting date 7 days prior and is subject to approval
- Photography/Videography must not exceed the agreed time limit.
- Only the approved venue(s) indicated in the application form is allowed for the Photography/Videography session.
- Large Photography/Videography props are not allowed.
- Violation of any terms and conditions will entail a fine and immediate cancellation of Photography/Videgraphy sessions.
- Safety regulations need to be observed and adhered at all times.
- No removal or reshuffle of equipments, plants or fittings which are properties of Berjaya Hills.
- Any damages incurred during the course of photography / videography are to be borne by guests/couple.
- No outside food allowed in the premise of Berjaya Hills
- Decent dress code /appropriate for the occasion.
